Johannesburg: The Secret Garden

On this 2 hour forest bathing walk, you will join a group of other women at the Johannesburg Botanical Gardens. Your certified forest therapy guide will take you through a series of invitations which support you in slowing down, releasing stress and tension, and noticing the beauty around you.  

Group sizes are currently limited to a maximum of 10 people. 

A minimum of 3 participants is required for walks to proceed, so invite a friend along! 

(In the case where there aren't enough bookings for the walk to proceed, you will be fully refunded for any booking you have already made.)

Your booking fee includes the guide services (including travel costs), light refreshments served at the end of the walk, and a small gift from the forest.
